Big Day for Lambert: Swats 5 Hits Saturday, March 19th , 2039 It doesn't happen very often, but it did for Noah Lambert today -- a 5-hit effort. He went on a rampage at Unifiers Ballpark and paced the Unifiers to a 6-5 win over the USC Travelers. After his dynamite batting performance, the Cincinnati first baseman told reporters that he "just tried to get in a good count and have a good at-bat. That's all I can control." His philosophy paid dividends today. He slammed 5 hits in 8 tries and put his name in the record book. Noah Lambert singled in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th, singled in the 7th, singled in the 9th, singled in the 12th, flied out in the 14th and hit an RBI single in the 15th.
