Rutgers Devastated by Playoff Elimination Sunday, May 1st , 2039 Emery Evans said it's going to be "an awfully long offseason" for the Rutgers Old Queens after they missed the United States Collegiate Baseball Association playoffs. The club came close, but ultimately ran out of games to secure a postseason spot and were eliminated from contention today. Before this season, the Old Queens last missed the playoffs in 2037. In the 33 years they have been a United States Collegiate Baseball Association franchise, they have missed the playoffs 25 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Old Queens have missed the playoffs 7 times. Rutgers last won the USCBA Championship Series in 2031. |
