Taipei Lose, 4-0, to Steel Dragons, Anderson Wednesday, October 12th , 2039 The Taipei Wardens had no answer today for Kuwana Steel Dragons pitcher Christian Anderson. They failed to score a single run against him, losing 4-0. Taipei managed only 3 hits off Anderson, who had 12 strikeouts. The extraordinarily popular Anderson got a standing ovation from the hometown crowd as he left the field, the applause continuing until he returned from the dugout to tip his cap to the crowd. "Steel Dragons fans are the best fans, in my opinion," he said. "It's a great feeling to throw a shutout under any circumstances but to do it with the crowd behind you like that is just incredible."
