Long Beach Advances to Round 3 Sunday, October 30th , 2039 The Long Beach Oilers have booked their place in the Round 3. By a score of 6-2, the club ousted the Sacramento Deltas in the Round 2 tonight at Devils Ballpark. Long Beach won the series by a 4-2 margin. The series MVP was Oilers right fielder Roberto García. For his part, the MVP said he is not putting too much stock in the individual honor and instead simply "looking forward to the next round." The Long Beach Oilers will play against the Fushigi Yugi Celestial Warriors in the next round. Fushigi Yugi won their series against the Kuwana Steel Dragons 4 games to 1.
