Best IBC Reliever Named Saturday, October 23rd , 2038 At the young age of only 18, Joe Carr has been named the Intercontinental Baseball Coalition Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2038. The future appears bright for the Auckland Aces BC relief ace, who captured the award with 26 saves in 40 relief appearances, 65 strikeouts in 47.2 innings and a record of 3-2 to go with his 1.70 ERA. He received 18 first place votes out of a possible 32. Masami Kamihara of the Melbourne Bitters finished second in voting with 8 first place votes, while Iván García of the Muju Naturalists finished third with 6 first place votes.
