Ohara Bashes 3 HR for Muju Sunday, June 26th , 2039 Kenzo Ohara was sending souvenirs to the sun gods all game long in the 8-4 Muju Naturalists triumph at Jeonju Grounds today. The 19-year-old put on a show for fans, launching not one, not two, but three home runs into the stands and powering the Naturalists past the Jeonju Shamans. "One homer's good, two's great, three's out of sight," Ohara told BNN reporters after the game. "I can't wait until next game. I really feel good at the plate." The right fielder went 4-for-4, rung up 3 RBIs and scored 3 runs on his record-setting day. Kenzo Ohara doubled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Robun Sugano in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Brad Cooper in the 6th, walked in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off Rod Rodgers in the 9th. This year Ohara is hitting .333 with 9 hits, 3 home runs, 5 RBIs and has scored 7 runs. |
