Ramírez Crashes 3 HR Against Gohueng Friday, August 12th , 2039 In a powerful performance that left the fans at Daegu Ballpark buzzing, Daegu Dragons second baseman José Ramírez blasted a trio of home runs en route to a 8-7 win over the Gohueng Gom. "Everything was clicking," Ramírez told the press. "My timing was good and I got pitches I could handle and I didn't miss them." Ramírez shined brilliantly in the win, with 3 hits in 3 at-bats, 5 RBIs and 3 runs scored. "It's not just one guy, it's everybody," Dragons manager Armando Tapia said. "José played great but it takes more than one guy to win a game." José Ramírez walked in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Bill Reed in the 4th, hit a three-run home run off Bill Reed in the 5th and hit a solo-shot off Samuel Trotman in the 8th. Currently Ramírez is batting .224 with 11 home runs, 30 RBIs and 16 runs scored. |
