Intercontinental Baseball Coalition Selects Best Performer Monday, August 29th , 2039 It was an exceptional week for William Fairlie of the Bridgetown Flying Fish. First he beat the devil out of the ball, hitting .533 and as you would expect, he was voted the Player of the Week in the Intercontinental Baseball Coalition. Last week Fairlie went 16-for-30, notched 5 home runs and 12 RBIs and scored 9 runs. All in all, a very good week for him. This year Fairlie has socked 81 hits in 264 at-bats for a .307 average with 27 home runs. He is getting on base at a .378 pace and his totals also include 65 RBIs and 55 runs scored. |
