Mogadishu Takes Title Thursday, October 20th , 2039 Mogadishu did well in regular season play, but they did even better in the postseason -- they won the whole shebang, finishing off the Kabsabet Duba in the IBC Cup 3-2 to claim the crown for the 3rd time. In the elimination game today at Duba Ballpark, the Pirates polished off Kabsabet 4-3 to win the Intercontinental Baseball Coalition championship. In the Intercontinental Baseball Coalition Red Sea League pennant race, Mogadishu compiled a 59-31 record and came in second. View Boxscore |
