Traders Stay Hot With 6-1 Win
Kenai Traders starter Kenji Yokota turned in a top-notch performance against the Fairbanks Grunts at Metros Ballpark. The result was a win for the Traders, 6-1. The Traders move to 54-36 with the win, while the Grunts drop to 52-38.

The Traders got a big hit from left fielder Emílio Castro. In the bottom of the sixth, Castro pounded a 2-run home run to left-center. His 10th home run of the season put the Traders ahead, 4-1.

"Winning never gets old," said Traders manager Tony Thompson.
