Swamp Dragons Win Again, Streak Now at 10
|
The winning streak continued for Osakasayama.
Pitcher Masayuki Tashima was sensational for the Osakasayama Swamp Dragons in his team's 4-1 triumph over the Kilauea Volcanoes. Tashima picked up the win, and it was well-earned. Robbie Williams finished the game for Osakasayama and earned his 6th save.
Osakasayama took a 4-1 lead on Choon-mo Kim's 2nd home run of the season. The 2-run home run came off Kilauea pitcher Norris Neaves in the top of the ninth.
"We're playing like a well-oiled machine right now," said Swamp Dragons manager Minoru Ikeda.
The Volcanoes continue "in the red" at 5-11.
