Ohara Lifts Swamp Dragons to 12-8 Triumph
The Osakasayama Swamp Dragons topped the Waikiki Coconuts, 12-8, with youngster Kenzo Ohara playing a key role. Ohara went 2 for 4 with a home run, a triple, and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 5 for the Swamp Dragons in the win. The slumping Coconuts have lost 33 straight.

Sekien Okubo helped out the Osakasayama cause in the bottom of the sixth inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the second baseman was 2-4 with 2 singles and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.

"This team is real focused right now," said Osakasayama manager Minoru Ikeda.
