Myrmidon Dealt 3-0 Home Loss

Snow Canyon HS and De La Salle HS duked it out and the Yeti came out victorious.
Pitcher Joe Nash was rock solid in helping the Snow Canyon HS Yeti beat the De La Salle HS Myrmidon, 3-0. Nash picked up the win for Snow Canyon HS, going 5.1 innings. He gave up no runs on 5 hits. He now sports a record of 2-2. Sean Floyd collected save number 3.
Snow Canyon HS used the timely hitting of Robbie Williams to capture the win. The pinch hitter socked a 2-run home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Yeti ahead, 2-0. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a big one.
"Winning is hard sometimes," said Yeti manager Wayne Myers. "This one was nice to get."
The last-place Yeti raised their record to 6-20.
