Reds Win 3-2 Walk-Off
The Mankato West HS Reds picked up a win at Mankato Park, knocking off the Chatfield HS Mustangs, 3-2. Starting pitcher Juan López played a key role in the triumph. The winner was James Miller in relief. His record improves to 1-2. Howard Bunch took the loss. The 6th-place Reds are 16-21.

Francis Buchanan found himself in a pressure situation in the bottom of the tenth. Facing Chatfield HS hurler Howard Bunch, the 16-year-old shortstop hit a run-scoring single. His 5th hit of the season put the Reds on top, 3-2.

"Good win for us, tough loss for them," said Buchanan.
