The losses keep piling up for the Brophy Prep Broncos.

The Billings West HS Lookouts dealt the Brophy Prep Broncos a 5-4 loss at Ballpark at Billings. Bruno Foley was the star on offense. He went 3-4 with 3 doubles. Ed Lee, 2-0, earned the win in relief. He allowed 2 runs on 2 hits in 3 innings. Gerald Reyes picked up the save for Billings West HS, his 9th of the year.

The Lookouts got an important contribution from first baseman Sam Rogers, who in the bottom of the fifth hit a fastball into right-center for a run-scoring double. It was his 3rd double of the season and put the Lookouts ahead, 5-1.

"Not to put too fine a point on it," said Rogers, "but we really needed that win."

Brophy Prep is in the throes of a 9-game losing streak.
