Walk-Off Seals 16th Victory for Shamrocks
Dublin Stadium was host to some action-packed drama.

Behind the hitting of Ben Dyer, the Dublin Shamrocks stopped the Matanzas HS El Poeta, 5-4. Dyer was 4-7 with a home run, a double, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 times for the Shamrocks. Reliever Kensaku Matsumoto picked up the win. His record improves to 2-0. Miguel Garza took the loss.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the 16th. With one out, Dyer hit a fastball from Miguel Garza for a solo home run. The Shamrocks, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"The game is never over 'til it's over," said a jubilant Todd Sarkies, the Dublin skipper.

With the win, Dublin upped its record to 16-12.
