Colossus Stick Leopards with 3-0 Loss
|
In a well-pitched game between the South Kamloops HS Colossus and the Strathcona HS Leopards, pitcher Ji-man Park was superb. The South Kamloops HS left-hander helped his team win, 3-0. Park went 6.1 innings to notch the win. He scattered 3 hits, walked 0, and struck out 5. His record improves to 1-4. The second-place Colossus have won 4 in a row.
Conor Sandhoff took Roscoe Hutchinson deep in the bottom of the fourth. His 2-run home run put the Colossus on top, 2-0. In all, Sandhoff had 2 singles in addition to the home run, while going 3 for 4.
"We'll keep playing hard and let the chips fall where they may," said South Kamloops HS manager Anthony LeBlanc.
