The Nassau HS Coasters went home winners at Ballpark of Vancouver, thanks in large part to starter Jay Gallimore. Gallimore stifled the Point Grey HS Hounds, enabling Nassau HS to grab the 3-0 win. Aaron MacElfrish earned the save for Nassau HS, his 11th of the year. Nassau HS now sits in first place in the Atlantic Conference Caribbean Division at 28-12.

The Coasters got a big at-bat from left fielder Yasukazu Toiguchi. For the game, Toiguchi was 1-4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the top of the first, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 8th home run of the season gave Nassau HS a 2-0 lead.

"Can't say enough about our pitching," said Toiguchi.
