Imperialists Suffer 6-4 Loss to Osakasayama
The Osakasayama Swamp Dragons defeated the Ewa Beach Imperialists, 6-4, in Hawaiian League action at Swamp Dragons Ballpark. Osakasayama pitcher Noboru Kogawa had a standout performance. Tae-shik Cho notched the win in relief. The left-hander allowed 2 runs on 2 hits in 2.1 innings. His record now sits at 1-0. Earning the save was Narihira Ito. He's now cashed in 5 of 6 save opportunities.

Osakasayama took a 6-3 lead on Yoshisada Shimizu's 12th home run of the season. The 3-run home run came off Ewa Beach pitcher Jorge López in the bottom of the seventh.

"I liked his command," said Osakasayama manager Minoru Ikeda. "Noboru was throwing strikes."
