Ramírez Booms 3 out of the Park Sunday, March 14th , 2038 Sprague HS shortstop Héctor Ramírez blasted three homers today at Ballpark of the Torchbearers in the 15-5 Torchbearers victory over the Dakota HS Nuggets. For the game, Héctor Ramírez scored 4 times and knocked in 9 runs. When he hit his last home run, his teammates, hearing the crack of the bat, leaped off the bench and rushed on the field to greet the jubilant Ramírez when he reached home plate. "It was just one game, but it sure was a lot of fun -- 4-for-4, three roundtrippers and a win," a gleeful Ramírez told BNN reporters in a postgame interview. "What a day." Héctor Ramírez walked in the 1st, hit a GRAND SLAM off Jim Wallace in the 3rd, hit a GRAND SLAM off Joe Lane in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Chris Henderson in the 6th and singled in the 7th. This season Ramírez has delivered 15 hits in 48 at-bats for a .312 average with 5 home runs. He is getting on base at a .400 clip and his totals also include 15 RBIs and 11 runs scored.
