Frazier Smacks 5 Hits for Spartans Thursday, April 22nd , 2038 It wasn't just another day at the ballpark for Daniel Frazier today. Frazier went on a tear and cracked hit after hit off Palm Beach Gardens HS pitchers. When the dust settled on the diamond at Palm Beach Gardens HS Grounds, he had a 5-for-5 line and a day he will long remember. And the South Caldwell HS Spartans had a 8-4 victory over the Gators. "Yeah, it'll be something nice to tell the grandkids, but it won't get me a hit tomorrow," he joked in the postgame interview. Daniel Frazier singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off Steve Simmons in the 9th. Frazier has collected 49 hits for the Spartans this year, 6 of them home runs. He has also netted 22 RBIs and scored 21 runs while batting .329. View Boxscore |
