Bob Medina Sidelined for Season Friday, April 1st , 2039 The season is ending on a bad note for Bob Medina, reliever for the Bishop Moore HS Hornets. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Medina was hurt against the Sarasota HS Sailors while throwing a pitch. He suffered shoulder inflammation and will be out for at least 4 months. This season Medina has made 4 relief appearances, recorded 1 save and compiled a 1-1 won-lost mark and a 5.40 ERA. In pitching 15 innings, he has totaled 16 strikeouts and 4 walks. |
