Martínez Wins EL Best Player Award Monday, April 11th , 2039 Fernando Martínez of the Mobile Christian HS Cheetahs had an enormous week at the plate and today was voted the Player of the Week by the Eastern League. For the week Martínez batted .652 (15-for-23) with 4 home runs and 7 RBIs. Thus far this year Martínez has hit .321 with 15 home runs and 29 RBIs. |
