Luján Crushes 3 Homers Against Waikiki Sunday, July 17th , 2039 It was a good day for the Mokule'ia Oceanic and an exceptional one for Pedro Luján. The 20-year-old second baseman sent three bombs out of the park to help the Oceanic beat the Waikiki Coconuts 16-6 at Lost Island Ballpark. "When you're in the zone, the game really slows down," Luján said when asked about his performance later. "I couldn't even tell you what pitches were thrown. Today feels great, but it is a long season and tomorrow is another day." For the day, he scored 3 times, drove in 9 runs and smacked 4 hits in 5 at-bats.
