Capitals Out of Playoff Race Saturday, September 10th , 2039 It will not be a surprise to many, but the Sitka Capitals will not be heading to the playoffs this year. The team has been mathematically eliminated from postseason contention. Sitka last appeared in the postseason in 2031. This is their 8th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 10 times in their 11-year history. |
