Kivalina Season Won't Continue in Playoffs Sunday, September 11th , 2039 The efforts of the Kivalina Bowheads weren't consistent enough this season to have any real shot at making the playoffs. And now they have been officially and mathematically eliminated from the postseason chase. Kivalina last appeared in the postseason in 2036. This is their 3rd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 18 times in their 32-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Bowheads have made the playoffs 6 times. |
