OUT OF SIGHT: Sasaki Sends 4 into Orbit
Saturday, September 24th , 2039
Hitting a single home run is a tough task. Hitting two in a game is impressive. Hitting three is remarkable. Anything beyond that is borderline unbelievable -- yet that's what Yosuke Sasaki did today in the 16-0 Sitka Capitals victory over the Taku Winds.

Sasaki went 4-for-6 with 4 home runs and drove in 6 runs in a once-in-a-lifetime feat that the opposing manager later labeled "impossible."

"I don't believe it really happened," Winds manager Joe Buchanan joked to BNN reporters afterward. "I don't ever enjoy losing a game, but this kid was special today. I have never seen a guy hit 4 in a game before. I didn't enjoy it, but it was special."

Yosuke Sasaki hit a solo-shot off Hidemichi Okazaki in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Hidemichi Okazaki in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Hidemichi Okazaki in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Roberto Cervantes in the 7th, grounded out in the 7th and flied out in the 9th.

Sasaki is swinging at a .236 pace on the year with 25 home runs, 55 RBIs and 54 runs scored. He has played in 91 games.
