Mighty Moose Heading to Championship Tuesday, October 11th , 2039 Matt Davies put the Anchorage Mighty Moose on his shoulders as they downed the Barrow Arctic Blast in the Divisional. Anchorage won the deciding game by a 5-0 count at Ballpark of Carthage and wrapped up the series 3-1. Davies played a key role in the victory, as he was named series MVP for his offensive output, which included a .400 batting average with a .438 on-base percentage, 2 home runs, 6 RBI and 2 runs scored. "I told myself it was time to step it up and help the team win and I'm glad I was able to do that," he said. The Championship matchups and schedule will be announced after the Divisional finishes.
