Cold Bay Moves on to Championship Thursday, October 13th , 2039 The joy and relief on the faces of the Cold Bay Eleven players was obvious as they celebrated their Divisional win over the Kenai Traders. "In a series like this, the smallest thing can make the difference in how it turns out," said Cold Bay right fielder Jorge Morales, shortly after the 8-2 win that clinched the series 3-2. "We're happy we did what it takes to get it done." The team is now off to the Championship. Morales won series MVP honors on the strength of his .350 batting average during the series.
