Andrews Wins Award for AL Dominance Thursday, June 9th , 2039 He may only be 19, but Clancy Andrews of the Sarnia Canada Baysiders has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the Atlantic League. The reliever was today named the AL Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2039. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 14 saves in 23 relief appearances and 26 strikeouts in 34.2 innings. He had a record of 3-1 to go with his 0.26 ERA. He received 22 first place votes out of a possible 28. Ren-qing Seema of the Hamilton Canada Terrors finished second in voting with 6 first place votes, while Robinson MartÃnez of the Ciefuegos Peloteros finished third.
