Mules Sit Atop Atlantic League Central America Division Wednesday, May 2nd , 2040 Prognosticators had a difficult time handicapping the Atlantic League Central America Division this year. And thus, it should come as no surprise that the division title hung in the balance late into the season. In the end, the Instituto Politecnico Nacional Mules have reigned supreme and captured the franchise's 3rd division crown. "Hopefully there are more celebrations to come," said starting pitcher Fernando Vega. "We could get used to this." The club currently has a 27-28 record and will be seeking the 2nd championship in franchise history. "I believe in this group and I think our best is yet to come," said manager Pablo Rojas. |
