Kings Heading to Round 2 Tuesday, May 4th , 2038 The Collegio San Carlo Kings and Gonaives HS Revolution didn't hold back anything in the Round 1, with each team pulling out all the stops in an effort to advance to the Round 2. Collegio San Carlo won the final game by a score of 6-5 at Gonaives Ballpark and that concluded the series, 4-3. "Relief is the biggest thing," Collegio San Carlo first baseman Magohachi Suzuki said when asked how he felt. "It's a grind both mentally and physically to have a long series like this, but our guys stuck with it and Gonaives HS deserves credit for the hard fight." Suzuki paced the Collegio San Carlo offence and earned MVP honors. For the series, he hit .348 with a .423 on-base percentage, 2 home runs, 5 RBI and scored 5 runs. The Collegio San Carlo Kings will play against the South Kamloops HS Colossus in the next round. South Kamloops HS won their series against the Lycee Fenelon Linguists 4 games to 3.
