PC's Best Pitcher is Ames Wednesday, June 15th , 2039 The Pacific Conference made the official announcement today. The 2039 Pacific Conference Outstanding Pitcher Award has gone to Mike Ames of Dedado HS. He had a superlative season, chalking up a 4-2 won-lost mark with an impressive 0.48 ERA. Ames logged 10 starts, threw 56.2 innings, yielded 31 hits, struck out 44 and held the opposition to a .159 batting average. He received 41 first place votes out of a possible 44. Jack Reid of the Chiben HS Namami Samurai finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Yoshimi Kojima of the Kochi HS Shogun finished third with 1 first place vote.
