Guantanamo HS Off to the Postseason Friday, April 20th , 2040 There's an excitement surrounding Guantanamo HS baseball tonight, as the Diamond Cats have qualified for the playoffs. "We're proud to be a part of a Guantanamo HS Diamond Cats franchise heading to the postseason and trying to bring a championship back to the city," said first baseman Luis Herrera. "All our guys have battled all year to get us to this spot." The division title remains in question, but the team's 27-18 record has led to a guaranteed postseason spot. |
