Hellcats Prevail, as Round 3 Goes to the Wire Saturday, May 22nd , 2038 The Klein-Collins HS Hellcats are heading to the Round 4, having narrowly defeated the Sarasota HS Sailors. Klein-Collins HS edged Sarasota HS in the series 4-3, with a win at Sailors Ballpark in the clinching game by a 8-3 margin. Harris Franco turned in a strong offensive performance for the Hellcats and got series MVP for his efforts. "I'll never turn down another trophy for my mantle, another accomplishment to remember once my career is over," he said. "What I would really remember, though, is a Round 4 win." It remains to be seen how the playoffs will conclude, but if Franco continues to swing a hot bat, his team will no doubt have a chance. For the series, he hit .391 with a .462 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, 7 RBI and scored 6 runs. The Klein-Collins HS Hellcats don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Sprague HS Torchbearers - Boone HS Matadors series. Sprague HS leads the series 3 games to 2. The Round 4 schedule will be announced after the Round 3 finishes.
